The study program "Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.)" provides students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to successfully support an M & A deal as manager or consultant.
Graduates are able to perform complex analysis of legal, economic and fiscal problems of M & A transactions and to develop solutions that build upon an interdisciplinary approach. They are able to assist companies through all stages of the M & A process and with guidance at the highest level. They can present the results of their work appealing and convince others of their developed solutions. They can carry out (contract-) negotiations efficiently and successfully.
Successful graduates are employed in leading positions in M & A and corporate finance business, in law firms, banks, accounting firms and consulting firms and conduct national and international M & A deals.
